Some of the following images are for a Mac OS, but they are similar for any email client.
You will also find some more information about setting up your email client inside your Email settings on CPanel.
The first thing you need to do is to get the access info and credentials for the email account you are trying to set up.
Just login to your CPanel and find Email Accounts:
Find the email account you want to set up and click on Set Up Mail Client:
Just be aware that your email address and domain name are different from the ones in the image.
Now you have all the details you need to set up your email. On the screen below you can see you have many options and scripts to make it easy to set up your email client. We are going to set up a Mac email client as an example, but it is very similar in any email client. The following image is the generic details from that screen:
On your Mac, find System Preferences and click on “Internet Accounts”:
Scroll the right panel down and look for “Add Other Account”, if your screen does not look like this one, press the "+" button on the left side down panel.
It will expand the list, and then look for “Mail Account”:
It will prompt you for a login and password. Type your details and make sure your username is the same as your email address:
After you add your details, your Mac will find an authentication error: Nirvaris.HOST requires a security check for your authentication. It will show you the following, where you have to type your details. Again your email address and username are the same.
